We ship in stock items within 3-5 business days.

 

Orders placed after 1pm (Atlantic Standard Time) on a Friday will be processed on Monday and shipped within 3-5 business days.

 

In the event of any delay, we will notify you via email, call or text message.

 

Email us at info@kurygroup.com with doubts regarding our products or policies prior to placing an order. After you place an order we cannot guarantee we will see your communication before your order is processed and shipped. Sending an e-mail requesting a change in your order does not guarantee them before processing or shipping your order.

 

No-Cancellation Policy:

Please note that all orders are final once placed, as we begin processing them right away to ensure prompt delivery. However, you're welcome to exchange the item or receive a store credit in the form of a gift card.

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Most items are eligible to be exchanged within ten days of purchase for another item/s or store credit.

 

Shipped items are eligible to be exchanged within ten days of delivery date for another item/s or store credit.

 

No refunds. We provide store credit in the form of an electronic Gift Card or exchange for another product.

 

To be eligible for return, your item must be unused, unworn and in perfect conditions, returned in the original packaging. Watches must not be resized to be considered for return. Custom sized straps and watches may not be returned.

 

Please be aware that any attempt to change the strap or bracelet could result in  unintentional damage to the watch case that would make it ineligible for return.

 

To return your product, please follow these steps:

1. Visit our store or email us at info@kurygroup.com. Your email should include:

    • Order Number
    • Reason for Return
    • Item you would like in exchange

2. Await our RA # to include in the package. Absolutely no refunds.

 

3. Please, allow 2-7 days for our response. If the return is urgent call us al 787-766-5879

5. Please ship your package using a trackable, insured shipping method. We do not provide return shipping labels.

 

6. You will receive an email once we receive the items and the return has been processed.

  • Products marked as “sale” may not be returned or exchanged.
  • Discounted products are final sale and  may not be returned or exchanged.
  • Personalized items are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and sent back to the customer.
